March Drill

Drill for March, is a one day drill on 13 March. Reporting time is 08:00 HRS, on Saturday March 13th. Pick up time will be at 17:00 HRS, on Saturday March 13th, at the High School. As always bring all of your gear with you, and ensure that you have your handbook with you. If you have any prospective recruits or officers, ensure that they are in attendance, as we need to increase our units size. One day drill is $20.

October Drill

Drill for October, is 3 and 4 October.

Reporting time is 08:00 HRS, on Saturday October 3rd. Pick up time will be approximately 17:00 HRS, on Sunday October 4th, in Smicksburg upon completion of the parking detail. As always bring all of your gear with you, and be ready to show off your WESPAAC Pride, as we park cars for the Fall Festival, in Smicksburg, PA. This is our biggest fundraiser, so everyone needs to show their courtesy and professionalism, as we interact with people at the festival.

September Drill Canceled

Drill for Saturday, September 19th, 2009, has been canceled. Next drill will be October 3rd & 4th, for the parking detail in Smicksburg.

August Drill

Drill for August, is 15 and 16 August.

Reporting time is 08:00 HRS, on Saturday August 15th. Pick up time will be approximately 20:00 HRS, on Sunday August 16, following the Opening Ceremony for the Dayton Fair. As always bring all of your gear with you, and be ready to show off your WESPAAC Pride, when we lead Fair Queen Contestants to the main stage, for the Fair Queen Ceremony.

Everyone is invited to attend the Dayton Fair Opening Ceremonies, which will start at 18:00 HRS, (6 PM) in the Main Grandstands at the Dayton Fairgrounds, in Dayton. The Fair Queen Ceremony will be starting at approximately 19:00 HRS, Dismissal will be immediately following the opening ceremonies for the Dayton Fair, at approximately 20:00 HRS.

June Drill

Drill for June, is 20 June. Reporting time is 09:00 HRS, on Saturday June 20th. Pick up time will be approximatly 12:00 HRS, on Saturday June 20th, following AT preparation.

Please be advise in the Letter of Instruction that was handed out at last drill, each cadet and recruit must have the following new forms filled out for AT. Also bring your final report card showing all grading periods for the last year and a new copy of your medical insurance card.

USAC Form 4 - Application and Enrollment Agreement
USAC Form 4/1 - Record of Emergency Data
USAC Form 23 - Report of Medical History and Examination

Please have these fill out completely for next drill. We will be holding a one day drill on Saturday June 20th. Reporting time 09:00.
Drill will only be to prepare for AT. Parents are asked to stay as we plan on taking a minimum amount of time. Please bring all gear packed ready to go for final inspection per packing list in the Letter of Instruction handout.

Parents please contact WO Barnette at your earliest convenience regarding payment for AT or any questions. Payment for AT must be processed by Monday June 15th as to avoid a late fee.

May Drill

Drill for May, is 24 and 25 May. Reporting time is 14:00 HRS, on Sunday May 24th. Pick up time will be approximatly 14:00 HRS, on Monday May 25, following the Memorial Day Parade. As always bring all of your gear with you, and be ready to show off your WESPAAC Drill and Ceramony, when we lead the Memorial Day Parade, in Dayton.
